Located within two converted 1960's warehouses in the heart of Fortitude Valley, Prospect Studios blends polished concrete floors, steel-framed windows and a leafy courtyard garden. Out front our onsite Ladybug cafe serves tasty treats in a sunsoaked courtyard.
Inside, you’ll find casual hot desks, permanent setups, and private studios, all with good light, good coffee, and even better company.
There’s an espresso machine, T2 tea, and a fully equipped meeting room with an HD screen, whiteboard, and podcast-ready setup. Outside, the laneway garden is perfect for a breath of fresh air or a quick brainstorm in the sun.
Neighbourhood perks? Goodlife Gym and parking next door. Gasworks, Newstead and James Street a short walk away. And if you’re juggling childcare, you’re in the right spot, there’s plenty nearby.
Memberships start from $150+GST/month for 5 day access. Full-time access is $275+GST/month. Day passes can be purchased onsite from the Ladybug Cafe.

Prospect Studios Outside Deck
A relaxed outdoor meeting spot surrounded by greenery and natural light. Seating for six, ideal for casual catch-ups, team lunches, or brainstorming sessions in the fresh air. Members have free meeting room access (max 1 hour per day). Minimum 2 hour hire.
Rates: $50 +GST/hour (min 2 hours) or $300+GST/day
