A legendary space reimagined... Lightspace is a former venue set inside a character-filled warehouse located in the city's creative heart of Fortitude Valley. A major renovation in 2026 has created a huge extension of co-working space for over 70 creatives, founders and teams... think focus booths, meeting rooms, photography studio and communal areas in a dreamy environment.
Downstairs you’ll find a mix of hot desks, permanent setups, and private studios, plus support spaces like a 7-person meeting room. Lounge areas and a leafy courtyard compliment our relaxed nature. The new cafe brings buzzing coffee shop energy while the wellness area brings a balance of energy and calm. Upstairs a communal kitchen, meeting spaces and deck with city views will bring those feel good vibes.

Being based out of Lightspace Coworking for the last 3 years has been a great fit for our small team. We’ve been working at Lightspace since December ’23 and love it. The environment is welcoming, beautifully designed and strikes a good balance between focus and community. The facilities are great and the atmosphere genuinely makes coming to work enjoyable. It’s a place where productivity happens naturally, but collaboration and connection are always there when you need them. Couldn’t recommend it more. We’re also a big fan of ‘Ladybug’, the on-site Airstream that serves top-notch coffee and food.
We’ve had the pleasure of working at Lightspace studios for almost 7 years. John and the team are innovative, considerate and always looking for the next thing to improve the space. We love our office with its natural light, plentiful plants and lovely neighbours. There is a great sense of community in the building fostered by regular events by the team. Whether you’re hosting a workshop, leading a team strategy day, or just need a fresh space to think big, we’ve got flexible rooms ready to hire by the hour, half-day or full-day. Each space is designed to inspire, with natural light, greenery, and everything you need to get down to business.
Lightspace Conference Room
A flexible, open-plan space built for workshops and presentations up to 7 guests. Featuring a TV and conference facilities, luxe furniture and room to move — it easily transitions from strategy sessions to creative team days. Members have free meeting room access (max 1 hour per day). Minimum 2 hour hire.
Rates: $50/hour (min 2 hours) or $300/day (members 10hr free/month)
