How much does meeting room hire cost?
Our meeting room and outside deck are $50+GST per hour, with full-day hire available at $300+GST. The larger utility room is $100+GST per hour with a 2-hour minimum. All rooms include Smart TV, whiteboard, WiFi, and complimentary coffee and tea.
What AV equipment is available?
Every meeting room includes an HD Smart TV for presentations and screen sharing, plus a whiteboard with markers. We also have a podcast-ready audio setup available. If you have specific AV requirements, get in touch and we’ll make sure you’re sorted.
Can I book by the hour?
Yes. Our meeting room is available from just 1 hour. The outside deck and utility room have a 2-hour minimum. We also offer full-day rates and monthly options for dedicated desks and private studios.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is adjacent parking available at Prospect Studios. Street parking is also available in the surrounding Fortitude Valley area. The venue is easily accessible by public transport, rideshare, or bicycle.
Can I order catering for my meeting?
Absolutely. Ladybug Cafe is located on-site at Prospect Studios and can provide catering for meetings of any size. From coffee and pastries to full lunch spreads, just let us know what you need when you book.
What are the private studio options?
Private studios are dedicated, lockable offices available on flexible month-to-month terms. They include 24/7 secure swipe access, all utilities, WiFi, and are dog friendly. Pricing is on application as each studio varies in size — get in touch for availability and a walkthrough.
